MacSonik Refund Policy

MacSonik offers you a 100% money-back guarantee on all our Mac Software. If by any chance our customers are not satisfied with the software then they can return it immediately. The dissatisfaction may be due to the bad result or quality so whatever may be the reason you can return our software. The customer can make a claim for money back or partial refund. Once the refund is processed, the customer will receive the money within 5 to 7 business days.

We will not ask for any personal information from customers and they are free to provide any information they find necessary. There is no need to register your details on our website in order to buy the Mac Tools. We ensure that our customers always be satisfied with our software and they remain protected from loss, misuse, or any type of altered information that are received by them.

Guidelines for Claiming Money Back or Refund

  • The software must be purchased from the official website of MacSonik or any other seller authorized by us.
  • Make sure that you make a refund of the software within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Your money will be refunded only if there are the following problems:-
    1. If in case the output generated by the Mac Software is not the same what you have got through the demo version of the same software.
    2. If out online technical support team fails to assist you in fixing your software related issue.

We will need a "Letter of Destruction" from our customers before returning their money to them. You will give us access to destroy the software application from all the computer systems on which it has been installed. You will allow us to inspect all the systems physically so that we get satisfied with the destruction action whether it is conducted properly in a safe way.

For Email Message

You will receive emails from us about the recent changes in the software and website. We will send you all the updates of the website, new releases, promotional offers, and special discounts through email messages. You will only receive these updates if you have submitted your permission through the newsletter. You can also unsubscribe to the newsletter from the removing option present in every email.

Remote Policy

  • In case online activation doesn’t work, reach out to our support agent for offline activation link. You can only ask for a refund if Offline activation doesn't work.
  • No refund will be initiated if the software is already activated.
  • In case our support agent is unavailable to resolve your query on chat, they will reconnect with you after 6 hours or you can drop us an email at support@macsonik.com specifying the time to revert to you.
  • If required, our support agent will ask for Remote Access to resolve the issue. The timeline to fix the issue is between 15-30 days. There will be no refund if you deny the Remote Access.
  • If you repeatedly face issues with some files, we recommend checking them in the Lab. The files will be uploaded to Our Lab servers by the client through secure FTP. We can provide a signed NDA(Non-Disclosure Agreement) for security purposes. No refund will be provided if the client does not share the file even after NDA is provided.

No Refund Shall be made in the Following Cases

  • If the refund is made due to the following reasons:-
    1. "I don’t want to use this software"
    2. "Please check the license carefully while purchasing as per your requirements, if in any case, the license type (Single User, Admin, Technician, Enterprise) is purchased wrong a refund will not be initiated."
    3. "I was buying another software but I bought this one"
  • If you are unable to use the software and not having proper technical knowledge.
  • If you have bought the Mac Tool, from any unauthorized Source.
    1. If the software is purchased from MacSonik, fails to perform its action, you will be asked to upload the file to our FTP server so that we can work intensively with your issue. We provide NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), to our customers in which a contract is made not to disclose any type of information. Users are ineligible to claim for refund/ money back if they do not sign NDA with MacSonik
  • If you have purchased the tool without evaluating the performance of the demo version of the same tool.
  • If the refund has been made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you are not cooperating with the Technical Support Team to resolve your issue.
  • If there is a delay in the license delivery due to any technical issue.
  • If you are unable to use our Software on your system due to system configuration and preference problems.
  • No refund would be initiated if you avail discount while purchasing the software license.

Note: The Software has to be "Run as Administrator" mode and Users have to give Admin Privileges to Launch the Software. If by any chance you don't have Admin Privileges and unable to Launch the Software, in such a Case No Refund will be Initiated.

How to Get Refund

Once you purchased the licensed version of our Tool and it fails to run as displayed, you can immediately contact our Technical Support Team through Live Chat or Email with the screenshots of your issue. Our team will resolve the issue as soon as possible with your coordination either remotely or in-person. If they fail to resolve the issue, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.
