Step-by-step process to backup IMAP mailbox to different file formats/email clients on macOS.

Choose PST from the drop-down menu, assign a custom saving path, and press the Next button.

Tick the Remove Duplicate Mail option to eliminate similar mail items on the basis of Subject, Body, From, and To. You can also choose to Free Up Server Space after the conversion process.

Choose to Migrate Emails Without Attachments, even you can select to save the attached files in a separate folder.

Opt for the following additional features of the software:

• Date Filter: Choose this feature to convert emails falling between a specific date range.
• Custom Folder Name: Assign a name as per your requirement to the Output files.
• Split Resultant PST File: Split the resultant PST file into smaller and more manageable PST files.

Lastly, click Convert to initiate the Conversion process.

Lastly, when the process is complete, you can Download its Report.

Select PDF from the drop-down menu and click the Next button.

In the end, click Convert to initiate the conversion process.

When the process gets completed you can download its conversion report and also can go to Home to re-convert different IMAP emails.

In the given screen, choose Office 365 as the backup option from the drop-down menu.

Enter your Exchange Server ID and click the Log In button to authenticate the login process. Also, you can choose the Assign Impersonation Right option to access the user's mailbox group. Click Next.

Here you can choose between Mailbox, Archive Mailbox, and Public Folder options to migrate and click the Next.

Apply the following filters of the tool.

• Remove Duplicate Mails: You can choose to remove the emails based on the Subject, Body, From, and To.

You can also select the Free Up Server Space option that will allow you to free up the server space after the completion of the process. Further, you can also, select the Migrate Emails Without Attachment Files option to proceed without attached email files.

Apply the Date Range Filter to migrate specific emails falling between two Start and End date. Also, you can give a Custom folder name to easily spot the emails. Finally, click the Convert button to start the migration process.

When the process gets completed, click the Download Report button to get the report of the whole migration process.

Click IMAP from the drop-down list and click the Next button.

Add the required information like User ID, Password, Port, and Host Number, and tap Log In button.

Choose to eliminate the duplicate mail items on the basis of Subject, Body, From, and To.

You can choose the Free Up Server Space option to free your server space after the completion of the migration process. Also, you can also select to migrate emails without the attached email files.

Apply the Date Filter to migrate emails between a specific date range. Click the Custom Folder Name option to add a customized folder name to the emerging files/folders. After that, click the Convert button to start the migration process.

When the process gets completed you can download its migration report.
