Prerequisites, Compatibility, and Limitations of the Google Workspace Backup Tool

For the destination account, you should be having a Purchased (valid) license.
Access to All Google APIs is required for G Suite admin users.
It is essential to create a Google project to get the Client ID, Service Account ID, and P12 file.
For each G Suite ID (Source and Destination), domain-wide scopes must be provided.
While using Import users from CSV make sure to download the CSV file from the link given in the software.
Please ensure to Download the Sample CSV file from the link given in the software while backing up G Suite Only emails into other file formats and email clients.
In the case of G Suite backup through IMAP, download the CSV file from the given link in the software.
The read permission needs to be granted to the local source folder.
Enter the Email Address, Third Party App Password, IMAP Host ID, and IMAP Port No, if you are backing up or migrating only Emails from your G Suite account.
You will require a Third-Party Password when you Backup G Suite to these Email Clients:-
